Returns

If you ordered a product from our website, www.lostenterprises.eu, we have a 30-day return policy. Here's what you do:

1. Send us an email to info@lostinternational.eu and we will issue a returns authorisation
2. You will have to pay the shipment cost returning the product to our European/UK Distribution Centre and please send by trackable postage paid to Lost Enterprises Europe,  6 Perches Close, Membland, Plymouth UK, PL8 1HZ
3. Please mark all items as "RETURNED GOODS"
4. Lost Enterprises Europe will not be responsible for damage or loss in transit.
5. Please return the product in the original, unmarked packaging including all items that were included in the original package.
6. Please note: If your order qualified for Free delivery and the Value of the returned  items means the retained items no longer qualify for the free delviery offer -  the orginal delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Once we receive your product and have checked it we will confirm to you by email and issue a refund within 10 working days via the original payment method.
